従業員が仕事と子育ての両立や女性が活躍できる働きやすい環境を作ることによって、
すべての従業員がその能力を十分に発揮できるようにするため、
次世代育成支援や女性活躍に関して次のように行動計画を策定する。

次世代育成対策推進法に基づく行動計画

計画期間

内容

【目標1】産前産後休暇や育児休業、育児休業給付、

     休暇中の社会保険料免除など制度の周知をはかる

<対策>妊娠中や出産後の従業員に対する制度の周知や情報提供の実施

【目標2】育児休業の取得と職場復帰しやすい環境への取り組み

<対策>育児休業期間中の代替要員の確保や業務内容、業務体制の見直し

【目標3] 所定外労働削減のための取り組み

<対策>全体の残業時間の把握及び検討

【目標4】年次有給休暇取得の促進

<対策>有給残日数の周知と計画的な取得の促進

To create a work environment that facilitates both work and childcare responsibilities for employees, and encourages active participation of women, we have developed an action plan aimed at ensuring all employees can fully demonstrate their capabilities through support for next-generation development and women's empowerment.

Action Plan based on the Next Generation Nurturing Support Promotion Act

Plan Period:

January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2029

Increase awareness of support systems such as prenatal and postnatal leave, childcare leave, childcare benefits, and exemption from social insurance premiums during leave.

Actions: Implementation of system awareness and information provision for employees during pregnancy and after childbirth.

Facilitate employees' uptake of childcare leave and create a supportive environment for their return to work.

Actions: Ensure coverage during childcare leave and review job responsibilities and organizational structure.

Reduce non-scheduled overtime work.

Actions: Monitor and review overall overtime hours.

Promote the utilization of annual paid leave.

Actions: Increase awareness of remaining paid leave days and encourage planned utilization.

Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

Challenges for Our Company: Enhance the acquisition rate of paid leave.

- Objective: Increase the paid leave acquisition rate of employees to over 70%.

- Actions: Internal communication to promote annual leave acquisition and track acquisition status.
